Thanksgiving is only 2 weeks away, so I am starting to think about travel plans, festivities and food! This year, I have been trying to come up with healthier versions for some of the traditional holiday dishes, and for me, cranberry sauce is one of those staple dishes that my family just can’t do without. However, even the simplest of sauces are usually filled with cups and cups of processed white sugar. This version is even more flavorful, uses only pure maple syrup to sweeten, and couldn’t be more simple to make.
