This is one of my new favorite morning rituals!  Not only do I enjoy reaping all of the benefits to my health, but I really enjoy the taste and the energy boost!  Give it a try and let me know what you think. To create this debut documentary, one man and his camera traveled extensively to find and interview top minds in the fields of science, advocacy, and law.
