WHAT TO EXPECT:

One-on-one health coaching plans are different for everyone…well, because everyone is different.

We will customize a plan that meets all of your needs and fits perfectly into your life.

Most plans range from 30 days to 6 months with coaching sessions every 2 weeks.

We’ll meet for a 60 minute session either on the phone, via FaceTime or Skype, or in-person if your local.

We’ll identify your health and life goals, even some you may not have thought of. We’ll discuss EVERYTHING! You are not just the food you eat, but everything else that surrounds you…

Each session is part review, part discussion and part tutorial.

The session will be informative, challenging and FUN!

Between each of the sessions you’ll have new topics to think and journal about, new recipes to try, and new habits to put into practice.

When we meet again, we’ll go over what is working and what is not.

We’ll continue to layer on healthy habits and daily rituals. Remember, it’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle!


Break Through Your Barriers!

I’d like to invite you to an Introductory Health Breakthrough Session to get a feel for how I work with my clients and find out if health coaching is right for you. During this session we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals.

  • Prior to your breakthrough consultation, you will receive a health history questionnaire that you will complete and return to me.
  • The no obligation consultation is a 45 minute session, conducted by phone.
  • Within 72 hours of the session, you will receive a customized coaching plan made just for you.
